In 2022, Presta ELSR LP was pleased to purchase the partnership units of ELSR, LP. This partnership is a historic company founded in the early 1950s, that focused on purchasing minerals in Texas, North Dakota, and Oklahoma. ELSR LP’s three most significant Texas counties are Midland, Reeves, and Loving counties. In North Dakota ELSR LP’s assets are concentrated in McKenzie County. In Oklahoma, Garvin County, Blaine County, and Stephens County are the three highest revenue generating counties.
The combination of these three companies has created a company with a flat production base from our conventional and tertiary properties. This long-life production base is accompanied with upside opportunities from our unconventional assets. Presta is proud of the fact that it operates debt free.
